Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made for SAT AI Ads Manager are non-refundable.

This includes monthly subscriptions, paid plan purchases, separately purchased credits, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, unused credits, and partially used billing periods, except where a non-waivable rule requires otherwise.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal through the available account or subscription mechanism. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable billing implementation. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, and access or plan status may continue according to the billing arrangement.

3. Credits and Billing Periods

Unused credits and remaining time in a partially used subscription period do not create a refund entitlement. Credit balances do not create a cash refund entitlement.

4. Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged twice, contact contact@satmarketing.in with the relevant account and transaction details. Genuine billing discrepancies will be reviewed as payment-resolution requests. This review is not a general refund guarantee.

5. Annual Subscription Reward

Paid plans include the benefit: 1 year of continuous subscription = 1 month free. This benefit is applied according to the applicable plan and subscription implementation. It is a subscription benefit, not a cash refund.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no paid subscription charge and therefore does not create a refund entitlement.
